Där hittar du uppdaterad information om hur det ser ut vid gränsen och vad som händer i Köpenhamn. Här kan du också fixa en sängplats i Malmö. Here is a short description of all the different actions being planned and mobilised for the COP15 by the network of Copenhagen Climate Collective and Climate Justice Action.
From the 7th to the 10th, and then again on the 13th and 15th, morning action plannings and action trainings have been organized. Come to Byens Lys (the cinema in Christiania) to participate in an info action meeting and in the action planning from 10.00 to 11.00, and stay for the action training from 11.00 to 12.00.

10.00 Anti-corporate day, Don’t Buy the Lie!
Corporations have taken over the climate debate. Their prime and only interests are profit and the continuation of the capitalist system. On Friday, December 11th, we Take Direct Action to disrupt the corporations taking part in the COP process. We will target corporate headquarters, business meetings, lobbying events, and much more. Meet at 10:00 sharp at Nytorv, a square in the inner city. From there we will proceed to a variety of targets, where people are empowered to use a diversity of tactics to disrupt business as usual. 13.00 Big demo to the Bella center, starting from Christiansborg
"System Change not Climate Change" bloc organised by Climate Justice Action: "The bloc will be the hottest and brightest block for Climate Justice in the march on the 12th to the Bella Center. We will hit the streets in a massive block to celebrate a colourful diversity of peoples’ movement that is challenging green capitalism and the root causes of climate change." 12.00 Hit the production
Hit the Production encourages everybody to grab your friends, form affinity groups and join us in a affinity group action and mass blockade of a symbol of the ideology of never ending economical expansion; overproduction and overconsumption fuelled by centralized fossil fuels and speculation. On December 13th we call on people all over the world to take action in their communities, to shut down the production of climate chaos. In Copenhagen we will target the harbour with a mass blockade. The global shipping industry is at the heart of capitalism, a key symbol of an industrial System that is based on grow and the use of fossil fuels. We must show that the organisation of production in our societies is the root cause of climate change and must be changed. 12.00 Farmers’ Action – La Via Campesina against the meat-industry!
La Via Campesina will highlight the huge impact of industrial agriculture on the climate as well as on people’s lives at the Axelborg building in Copenhagen on the 13th of December. The Axelborg building is the headquarters of the Danish Agriculture and Food Council, where the big players of industrial pork production sit. It represents much of what is wrong with the current world’s food and agricultural system. Massively oriented towards export markets, this industry is based on imported soya cultivated in monoculture plantations in the South. The whole cycle produces pollution in the North (methane emissions, environmental damage), relies on massive fossil oil transportation systems, and destroys people lives in the South where farmers are kicked off their land and forests are destroyed by agro-giants who turn land into green deserts. 11.00 No Borders Action! No Climate Refugees!
The climate crisis is Governments’ latest excuse for cracking down on migration. At the same time Governments participating in the COP15 continue to support the corporate interests that have caused the climate crisis and which will force many to migrate. On December 14th we will take on the clearest symbol of their climate hypocrisy here in Denmark - the Ministry of Defense. We want to breakdown their control, disrupt their surveillance and confront their repression. We will open their offices to the weather they are changing and to the people they lock out. After a weekend of fighting for climate and social justice it is time to dance, talk, kiss, listen, reflect, sing, laugh and love. This night we will gain energy for the RECLAIM POWER-action while we get to know each other better. 12.00 Resistance is ripe! Agricultural Day of Action
The current food system is responsible for over 32% f the greenhouse gas emissions. At the same time the practices of agri-businesses make millions of small farmers lose their land and livelihoods. Small scale alternatives still exist and other possibilities and realities are created. This type of food production can help to cool the planet, but it doesn’t fit within the current capitalist production model. We will demonstrate to call attention to positive alternatives and to protest and take actions against the companies responsible for the current food system. Affinity groups are encouraged to help with one of the existing plans or to prepare their own actions. Information about food related companieswill be made available. Starting Point: Islands Brygge – Havne parken (near Langebro bridge) at 12.00!
In the evening there will be a serious but entertaining dinner event. Groups involved in food and agriculture related campaigns will briefly present themselves with pictures and video clips. In the meantime people can enjoy a tasty, healthy and responsible meal from the action kitchen Rampenplan. Check out on Map 3 where the kitchen is located, the event will start around 7pm.

08.00 Reclaim Power! Pushing for Climate Justice.
On the 16th of December we will take over the conference for one day and transform it into a Peoples Assembly. Our goal is to disrupt the sessions and open a space inside the UN area to hold the Assembly. The assembly will give a voice to those who are not being heard, it will be an opportunity to change the agenda, to send a clear message to the world calling for climate justice. The starting point, which will be announced to the police and media, will be Tårnby Station at 08:00 o’clock. From there, the climate justice bloc will move on towards the Bella Center. Affinity groups will make their way to the border of the conference area from various directions. The aim is for all groups coming from the outside to start entering the UN Area at 10am. At the same time, groups inside the Summit will start to disrupt the sessions and mobilize people to participate in the Peoples Assembly. The assembly will start at 12m at the main entrance to the Bella Center inside the UN Area. Reclaim Power! is a confrontational mass action of non-violent civil disobedience. We will overcome any physical barriers that stand in our way - but we will not respond with violence if the police try to escalate the situation, nor create unsafe situations; we will be there to make our voices heard! There will be Action Councils from the 11th until the 17th of December, with short introductions of the action, updates of the situation, legal debriefings, space for affinity group coordination, action planning and preparation. Put the fun between your legs: Operation Bike Bloc.
For COP15, the UK Climate Camp and artactivist collective The Laboratory of Insurrectionary Imagination are creating an entirely new form of civil disobedience Put the fun between your legs: Operation Bike Bloc. Bike hackers, welders, activists, artists and engineers will be working together to build a new pedal powered resistance machine made from hundreds of recycled bikes which will swarm through the streets on the 16th of December, day of Reclaim Power actions. All are invited to put the fun between their legs and BECOME THE BIKE BLOC. Denna vecka, 15-19 juni, utropas till en vecka av aktioner i solidaritet med Perus urbefolkning, som kämpar mot regeringens försök att ge transnationella olje-, gas- och skogsbolag tillgång till deras mark.
För drygt en vecka sedan dödades över 85 människor av peruansk polis när de protesterade mot regeringens planer på att upphäva skyddet av mark som av tradition tillhör dem och tillåta industriell exploatering av Amazonas. Planerna är en del av det nya frihandelsavtalet mellan USA och Peru. Sedan den peruanska regeringen avslöjade sina planer, har grupper ur urbefolkningen runt om i Peru blockerat vägar, oljeinstallationer och annan viktig infrastruktur. Men regeringen har börjat att brutalt bryta de obeväpnade blockaderna med förrförra veckans massaker som följd.
Det finns tecken på att protesterna i Peru, tillsammans med internationella påtryckningar, har börjat ge resultat. Perus kongress röstade nyss för att upphäva två av lagarna i fråga, i hopp om att få situationen under kontroll. Men grupper ur urbefolkningen och fackföreningar har gjort klart att detta inte är nog, och fortsätter med blockaderna och protesterna.
Internationell solidaritet är oerhört viktig för att förhindra fler massakrer.
Gula Arméfraktionen attackerar Vattenfalls Energi- och klimatvecka

Gula Armé Fraktionen (GAF) utförde i natt en aktion riktad mot Vattenfalls Energi- och klimatvecka i Stockholm. Entrén på Norra Latins konferenscentrum där evenemanget äger rum blev ommålad med färgbomber och sprayfärg. En av de elmopeder Vattenfall använder i sin klimatkampanj fick också ny färg.
Aktionen var riktad mot Vattenfalls försök att framställa sig själva som klimatkämpar, när de i själva verket bedriver intensivt lobbyarbete för att få fortsätta expandera sin smutsiga kolkraftsverksamhet. Deras kamp för att få fortsätta göra vinster på billig kolkraftsenergi hotar nu dessutom att influera de internationella klimatförhandlingarna så till den grad att ett nytt internationellt klimatavtal inte kan bli annat än en katastrof.
"Vattenfall lobbar hårt för att påverka den internationella processen fram till COP15 i december. De är rädda att mötet annars ska hota deras smutsiga business", säger Rebecca i GAF. "Det värsta är att de lyckas så bra", fortsätter hon, "Företagets alla krav ingår nu i "The Copenhagen Call" som är ett dokument som den danska regeringen lovat ge en speciell status vid förhandlingarna."
Gula Arméfraktionen kastar färbomber på Vattenfalls VD

Gula Arméfraktionen invaderade idag Vattenfalls presskonferans i anknytning till bolagets årsstämma. Så här skriver de i sitt pressmeddelande:
Idag invaderade den Gula Arméfraktionen Vattenfalls presskonferens och mulade Lars G Josefsson och Co med grön färg när de snackade skit inför media på sin årsstämma för att uppmärksamma hur de försöker framstå som att de har lösningen på klimatkrisen, när de i själva verket är de som är problemet. Vi vägrar stå och se på medan de driver oss mot undergång!
Vi tror inte för ett ögonblick att samma smutsiga företag som orsakar klimatförändringarna, eller det politiska system som backar upp dem, kan lösa kimatkrisen. En industrialiserad kapitalistisk ekonomi klarar sig nämligen inte utan fossila bränslen. Den är uppbyggd kring tillgången på billig energi som lätt och behändigt går att plocka upp ur marken. All ekonomisk tillväxt är direkt kopplad till ökad förbrukning av olja och kol. Vattenfalls VD Lars G Josefsson uttrycker tydligt denna logik: "Att bygga ut de förnyelsebara energikällorna är dyrt", säger han "för att ha råd med det måste Vattenfall satsa stort på den lönsamma kolkraften."
För att kunna fortsätta med sin lönsamma kolkraft försöker Vattenfall lura oss att ny teknik ska lösa problemet. Med den så kallade "Carbon Capture and Storage"-tekniken ska koldioxiden fångas upp och "oskadliggöras". Men om man tror att ny teknik kan lösa problemet har man inte förstått vad teknik är. Bakom tekniken finns ett helt samhällssystem som tekniken bara är en liten del av, i det här fallet det västerländska industrisamhället, vars stora problem är behovet av billig energi.
Ett energibehov som inte kommer mättas förrän natur, människor och hela vårt livsuppehållande system exploateras till förintelsens rand. Att råda bot på de här problemen ingår inte i det tidsperspektiv som Vattenfalls kvartalsekonomi tillåter.
De verkliga lösningarna på energi- och klimatkrisen kommer underifrån. De är småskaliga, lokalt kontrollerade och är till för att tillgodose våra grundläggande behov.
Svenska folket! Vattenfalls ägs av er. Lars G Josefsson är anställd av er. Det är dags att göra uppror och ta tillbaka makten!
Den Gula Arméfraktionen består av de 240 480 gula plastfigurer som Vattenfall skapade i sin smutsiga "greenwash" kampanj. Men vi har slagit oss fria och har svurit på att slåss till sista figur mot Vattenfall och den kapitalism som driver jorden mot undergång!

You are invited to the next international meeting of Climate Justice Action in Copenhagen Denmark on the 19th to the 21st of June.
On the 6 December, 2009 the governments of the world will come to Copenhagen for the fifteenth UN Climate Conference (COP-15). This will be the biggest summit on climate change ever to have taken place. Yet, previous meetings have produced nothing more than business as usual.
The network has already started to discuss how to mobilize and what to do in Copenhagen but we are still in the planning stages. We have time to collectively decide what these mobilizations will look like, and to begin to visualize what our future can be.
Our previous meetings have included a lot of political discussion, setting up various international working groups, developing common ground, and deciding our principles and strategic goals.
Aktivistinitiativ manar till aktion mot World Business Summit

Den 24-26 maj kommer aktivister från Danmark och grannländer att samlas i Köpenhamn för att protestera och agera mot "World Business Summit on Climate Change". Aktivister från den antikapitalistiska vänstern och klimataktivister har gått samman i ett initiativet som kallas "Not Your Business" för att organisera protesterna.
"När företag som Dong, Vattenfall och SAS vill ha inflytande på COP15-processen, så tvivlar vi starkt på att det är planetens och dess invånares intressen de bryr sig om," säger Laura van Steenacker från initiativet. "Deras enda skyldighet är att säkra aktieinnehavarnas vinster"
Australien: Klimataktivister stänger ner världens största kolhamn

Idag stängde klimataktivister ner Newcastles hamn i Australien. Genom att hindra lastningen av kol lyckades de hålla hamnen stängd hela dagen. Newcastles hamn är världens största kolhamn - där skeppas det kol som bryts i Hunter valley ut för export. Hundratals aktivister samlades på morgonen på Horseshoe Beach med kajaker, kanoter och småbåtar och gav sig sen ut för att störa fartygstrafiken. Newcastle Port Corporation tvingades stoppa alla fartyg på väg in i hamnen av säkerhetsskäl.
Onda fakta om Vattenfall

Vi har fått en del förfrågningar om vad GAF:s aktion mot Vattenfall i onsdags egentligen handlade om. Vi vidarebefodrade frågan. Här ger de sitt svar:
Tiotusentals människor dör varje år på grund av det allt mer extrema vädret orsakat av den globala uppvärmningen. Ännu fler tvingas på flykt. Det kommer bara bli värre. Vi står inför den största sociala katastrofen i mänsklighetens historia. Vilka bär skulden? De rika länderna i Nord som för 250 år sedan industrialiserade sina ekonomier med hjälp av billig energi från kol och olja. Eftersom kapitalistiska samhällen inte klarar sig utan denna billiga energi gör de nu allt för att hålla förbränningen av fossila bränslen igång så länge som möjligt. För världens maktelit finns det något som verkar vara mer hotfullt än klimatförändringarna själva: att överge kapitalismen för ett system som inte bygger på exploatering av människor och natur. Ironiskt nog kommer de på så sätt att utplåna även sig själva.
I Sverige är den i särklass största pådrivaren av uppvärmningen... Vattenfall. De gör stora vinster på brytning och förbränning av kol.
Gula Arméfraktionen i fritagningsaktion

Idag tog sig Gula Arméfraktionen in på Vattenfalls huvudkontor på Östermalm i Stockholm och fritog 44 av sina fängslade kamrater.
Gula Arméfraktionen består av de 237 944 gula plastfigurer som Vattenfall skapat. I flera månader tvingades de att tyst stödja Vattenfalls smutsiga politik. Nu gör de uppror.
Plane Stupid Skottland stänger ner Aberdeens flygplats

Idag, den 3:e mars 2009, stänger nio aktivister från Plane Stupid ner Aberdeens flygplats genom att sätta upp en golfbana på taxibanan. De stängde in sig själva med ett säkerhetsstängsel samtidigt som en annan grupp ockuperade taket på terminalen med en banderoll med texten: "Nae Trump Games with Climate Change".
